Coko has in-depth expertise in the manufacture of mudguards for the truck business and produces the distinctive visible parts behind the front wheel using the insert moulding process, particularly on machines in the 2,400 tonne range. In the injection moulding process, the metal bushings are overmoulded and assembled in a downstream, fully automated screwing and welding process. The combination of insert moulding with a highly innovative automation application enables virtually error-free production with very low PPM rates.
