When it comes to the decorative or functional enhancement of your components, we will be happy to help you – efficiently and at the highest technical level. Which solution would you like?
Paintwork
It’s not possible – and (almost) doesn’t exist. We have two robot-controlled painting systems and a manual painting system. And with our colour supply, we process all commercially available 1K and 2K hydro and solvent-based paint systems. This means you get your injection-moulded components directly in the right surface quality and colour.
Printing
We have just about everything: we can print or decorate almost any component for you cleanly and precisely. The pad printing process is used when the batch size is smaller and inline printing on the injection moulding machine does not appear possible. The screen printing process is used to print large, multi-coloured decorations.
Hot stamping
We create unique surfaces. This technology uses heat and pressure to firmly bond wafer-thin effect foils to the component. The result is durable and extremely decorative. Ideal effects for the hot stamping process include metal looks, for example.
