Tool design
We make almost everything possible: our team creates your tools using 3D design and CAD software. Thanks to the CAM system, changes can of course always be made quickly and flexibly during the process. Using MoldFlow analysis, we reliably find the right injection point for your tool. On this basis, our experts assess the expected distortions on the component – and can thus optimise your tool during the production process. Before, during and after production, your personal specialist is at your side. Be it for technical advice, checking data and drawings or creating tool concepts. It won’t take long for you to realise your item is in the best hands with us.
Tool production
In our modern production facilities, we manufacture virtually all tools from 150 kg to 25 t, in maximum sizes of 3,000 mm x 2,100 mm. Our modern machinery includes state-of-the-art 3-5 axis CNC milling machines. But we also offer you the right machines for die-sinking EDM or deep-hole drilling, which are operated exclusively by experienced and competent employees. This means you can always rely on top quality and absolute adherence to deadlines. Speaking of competent employees: if manual labour is required, you can rely on our highly qualified toolmakers to work precisely and efficiently.
Tool assembly & testing
Your tools are professionally assembled in the manual labour area. In order to guarantee the quality of the individual parts, spot measurements are taken on the machines. If there are any deviations, we will rework the components before clamping.
In addition to measuring on the machine, we also have a 3D measuring machine in the field of erosion technology. Here, electrodes are mainly checked after milling in order to achieve optimum dimensional accuracy during erosion.
Tool sampling and modifications
We manufacture quality tools to produce your products efficiently. To ensure that this remains the case, we sample all tools under near-series conditions on the future series machine. Short-term adjustments are of course possible by arrangement. Production only begins once you are satisfied with your product and have given your final approval. This enables us to achieve optimum component quality for your subsequent process.
