Our team consists of 100% experienced project managers and advance quality planners. You can therefore rely on your project being implemented smoothly. We believe that adherence to deadlines, quality and cost-effectiveness are important factors for successful project work.

Design & Development

You have the component idea – and we provide you with a finished injection mould in 3D. We recognise the challenges of production in advance and, if necessary, take suitable countermeasures in close consultation with you.

Toolmaking

We manufacture new tools and carry out modifications, optimisations, maintenance and contract work in our own tool shop. Our range includes tools from 150 kg up to 15 t.

Plastics processing

We offer you the right solution for all your requirements. Whether 1-, 2- or 3-component injection moulding, foam injection moulding or internal gas-assisted injection moulding + 2K combination processes, we always manufacture to your complete satisfaction.

Surface finishing

We have two robotic coating systems for liquid paint application This is how we fulfil your high quality painting and structuring requirements. Our automatic robot painting both saves paint and increases quality – all to ensure your success.

Assembly

Our in-house assembly department increases the added value for our customers. This is because we not only offer the individual injection-moulded part, but also supply the fully assembled module. We utilise technologies such as laser welding and bonding, meaning that the parts can be easily joined without having to screw them together.

Logistics

We impress our global customers with smart approaches and logistics processes. We would also be happy to work with you to develop the right logistics concept for your requirements. We source our raw materials and accessories from all over the world and serve our global customer base from our sites in Poland, Turkey and Germany.
